Will I be left me to fend for myself?

Northumberland Greyhound Rescue will always be at the end of a telephone to answer any questions you may have regarding your new companion. We will not just 'dump' a dog on you and forget you, that is not fair on you, the dog, nor on us.

We will do our best to ensure that your new dog settles in with you and we will, in any case, re-visit you about six weeks after adoption, just to check that all is well all round. You will see, from the Fund Raising page on this website, that we are constantly organising communal Walkies sessions for anyone who cares to join in, greyhound owner or not...
